- ensure your home is safe for our staff to work in
- turn up to agreed meeting times on time
- be available at the agreed times (or let us know in advance)
- give us the information we need to provide you with support
- give feedback about the quality of the service
- let us know if you have any concerns or complaints
- ask for help when you need it
